Christopher Fleming and Richard Kaufman were a great joy to work with regardless of the real estate situation. They constantly brought me offers until the "RIGHT" one came. They never took my negative response to offers with regret. They just kept going. Their guidance was what took us to the finish line and brought us once more to yet another chapter of our world.
