West Palm Beach, FL – Strategic Realty Services, LLC, a full service commercial real estate firm in South Florida, announces the assemblage and sale of prime commercial parcel located on the 2500-2700 block of US Highway 1 in Delray Beach, FL for $10.1-million. Douglas Desantis of Strategic Realty Services, LLC exclusively represented Ed Morse Automotive Group in the assemblage of 10 acres of automotive commercial land in the heart of Delray Beach’s automotive row. The assemblage allowed Morse Group to acquire a key piece of property “The Casey Tract” in the early part of 2013, which joined two Morse owned tracts to the north and south. The total assemblage +/- 9.5 acres with two roads that would be abandoned through the approval of the town of Delray Beach, totaling property close to 11 acres. DeSantis presented the property to The Van Tuyl Group, Inc. who contracted, entitled and closed on the property. The property will be the new home to Delray Honda, a relocation of the dated store to the south.
