RICHARD S. KAUFMAN, CCIM

Richard S. Kaufman, CCIM is a co-founder of Strategic Realty Services, LLC.

Mr. Kaufman is a recognized leader in the real estate community, having over twenty-five years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.  Mr. Kaufman has been involved in all areas of commercial real estate in the state of Florida.  He has expertise in: leasing, sales, tenant representation, sale-lease backs, site selection, development, and 1031 tax deferred exchanges. 

Since 1985, Mr. Kaufman has been involved in the sale of numerous properties totaling over $100,000,000.00 and numerous lease transactions totaling over 1,000,000 square feet. 

Mr. Kaufman graduated from the University of Miami, Florida, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Business Degree in Accounting and subsequently passed the CPA exam.  He earned the Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM) designation in 1988, and is a past President of the Southeast Chapter. 

Mr. Kaufman's professional memberships include the Association of Realtors, the Realtors Commercial Society of Palm Beach County, Certified Commercial Investment Member and the International Council of Shopping Centers.  He has received the Power Broker of the year award from The Costar Group in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010. 

Mr. Kaufman is active in his community on numerous charitable committees.  He resides in West Palm Beach, Florida with his wife Kileen, son Jason, and daughter Meagan.
