CHRISTOPHER F. FLEMING

THOMAS C. CLEARY (Tom)

Since 1985, Mr. Cleary has been in the leasing and selling of Commercial/Industrial Real Estates.  Born and raised in West Palm Beach, he has an extensive knowledge of the local market.

Prior to joining Strategic Realty Services, LLC, Tom was a Senior Associate at D.P. Lewis & Associates for over 20 years.  During that time Tom was involved in numerous sales of office/warehouse properties, vacant land, investment properties, and 1031 transactions.  He also has been involved in many lease transactions, representing developers, landlords and tenants. 

Tom has received awards for sales and leasing from the Palm Beach County Commercial alliance, of which he is a founding member.  His most recent award is from Co-star for his work on leasing 100,000 +/- SF of office/warehouse space in a 30 day time period.
