Since 1993, Mr. Alexander has been successfully managing and leasing commercial properties for a wide range of clients in Missouri and Florida. His ability to cultivate and maintain personal relationships with his clients, combined with his work ethic and his attention to detail, has enabled him to achieve his goal of total client satisfaction.

Mr. Alexander has personally managed all types of properties, including grocery-anchored shopping centers, retail centers, Class A & B office properties, warehouse & industrial properties, restaurant facilities and residential apartment and condominium complexes. He is multi-talented: able to handle everything from lease negotiations, to financial analysis, to property maintenance issues. And he is a masterful liaison between landlords and tenants.

Prior to the formation of Strategic Realty Services, LLC, Mr. Alexander served as Senior Vice President of the Management Division for Reichel Realty & Investments, Inc. in West Palm Beach, Florida. There, he oversaw the management division consisting of over 20 retail and office properties, and participated in the selling and leasing of properties and acquisition of investment property.

Mr. Alexander was also the Real Estate Manager for Poinciana Management, Inc. in Palm Beach, Florida, where an 11-acre, mixed-use development was among the properties he managed for this family owned development company. And he began his career as the property manager for McLoud & Company, LLC in Springfield, Missouri, where he directed the management of a multi-site portfolio of over 500,000 square feet of office and retail space.

Mr. Alexander earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Southwest Baptist University, as well as the Certified Property Manager® designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. He is also a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, where he was named Certified Property Manager® of the Year by the local chapter in 2001.

Mr. Alexander resides in Hobe Sound, Florida with his wife Tamara, and their three children, Madison, Macaylan and Miranda.

Since 1986, Mr. DeSantis has been engaged in leasing, brokerage, tenant site selection, development and land assembly of commercial properties in the State of Florida. He brings a creative flare and a passion for developing opportunities in the market to Strategic Realty. And, he has an expertise in assembling properties for development and redevelopment.

Mr. DeSantis has a commitment to follow through that makes his business stand out among the masses. It's that commitment that drives him to build long-lasting relationships based on trust and careful attention to the needs of his clients and the broker community. Mr. DeSantis is excited with the daily opportunities the commercial real estate business allows him to experience. Prior to the formation of Strategic Realty Services, LLC, Mr. DeSantis worked with Reichel Realty & Investments, Inc., where he specialized in retail leasing, investment sales, tenant site selection and land sales, and was awarded Agent of the Year for 2003.

Mr. DeSantis began his career with his family's real estate company of 75 years, where he learned the business from his Uncle, Robert DeSantis. Mr. DeSantis was taught-from the ground up-the art of management, organizational skills, leasing, sales, and the importance of being committed to your trade.

Mr. DeSantis is native of Palm Beach and has been a licensed and active broker in Florida for over 15 years. He resides in North Palm Beach with his wife Rebecca and their three children: Bradley, Julian and Isabella.

Since 1985, Mr. Kaufman has been involved in all areas of commercial real estate in the state of Florida. He has expertise in: leasing, sales, sale-lease tracks, site selection, development, and 1031 exchanges and tenant representation.

Prior to the formation of Strategic Realty Services, LLC, Mr. Kaufman was Senior Vice President of Reichel Realty & Investments, Inc. from 1995 to April 2004. During that time, he was involved in the sale of numerous properties totaling over $100,000,000 and numerous lease transactions totaling over 500,000 square feet. Mr. Kaufman was awarded the Top Sales Associate Award from Reichel Realty in 1995 and 1996, and Agent of The Year Award in 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, and 2003.

From 1985 to 1994, Mr. Kaufman was Vice President of D.P. Lewis and Associates, Inc. During that period, he was Director of Lease and Investment Sales and involved in lease and sale transactions totaling over $50,000,000.

Mr. Kaufman graduated from the University of Miami, Florida, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Business Degree in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant and has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, as well.

Mr. Kaufman's professional memberships include the Association of Realtors, the Realtors Commercial Society of Palm Beach County, and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Mr. Kaufman is active in his community on numerous charitable committees. He resides in West Palm Beach, Florida with his wife Kileen, son Jason, and daughter Meagan.

Since 1985, Mr. Fleming has been engaged in the leasing, managing, brokerage, land assemblage and development of commercial property in the State of Florida.

Mr. Fleming uses a comprehensive approach that is informed by his constant monitoring of market trends and conditions; pertinent planning and zoning issues; and local, regional, and national governmental issues affecting the commercial real estate industry. His longevity in the Florida Commercial Real Estate Market is a result of this thoughtful and diligent approach to commercial real estate brokerage.

Prior to the formation of Strategic Realty Services, LLC, Mr. Fleming was Senior Broker/Associate with Reichel Realty & Investments, LLC where he was involved in the leasing and selling of investment properties, land sales and assemblage, and development.

In 1985, Mr. Fleming founded St. James Real Estate Company and was involved in the leasing and brokerage of commercial properties throughout Palm Beach County. In 1986 he founded and co-owned Dajon Property Advisors, Inc., which was involved in consulting and managing large tracts of real estate, including golf course developments, for various institutional owners throughout Florida.

Mr. Fleming is an active member of his community. He has been appointed to the City of Lake Worth Community Redevelopment Agency for four straight terms and served as Chairman during his last two terms until his term expired in July 2004. Mr. Fleming is also a founding board member and currently serves as chairman of Turtle Nest Village, a charitable organization serving youths 18-21 year old coming out of foster care.

Mr. Fleming has been licensed and active in Florida commercial real estate since 1985. In 1993, 1994, 1995 and 2001, Mr. Fleming was awarded the Top Listing Agent for Reichel Realty & Investments, Inc.; he was Agent of the Year in 1997 and 2002; and he was Top Sales Agent in 1998 and 1999.

Mr. Fleming resides in Lake Worth, Florida with his wife, Susan, and their son Christopher Tyler.

Since 1994, Mr. Stephen B. Ballard has enjoyed a successful sales career in the electronic manufacturing industry and as a real estate broker with one of South Florida’s finest real estate developers. Mr. Ballard’s analytical style, financial background, sales skills, and knowledge of South Florida real estate make him a valuable asset to anyone leasing, buying or selling commercial real estate.

Prior to joining Strategic Realty Services, LLC, Mr. Ballard worked for H&T Development Co., LLC where he was responsible for all phases of development, including land acquisition and assemblage, coordination of site plan and approval processes, and selling of completed units. Mr. Ballard also worked in the electronics industry achieving success in all facets of Program Management with profit and loss responsibility for such clients as Motorola and Tyco.

Mr. Ballard is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with an emphasis in Finance. Mr. Ballard is also a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker.

A native of South Florida, Mr. Ballard resides in Boynton Beach, Florida with his wife Tracie and new born son.

Mr. Jim Woods brings over 15 years of commercial real estate experience to Strategic Realty Services, LLC. Mr. Woods is a graduate of the BOMA Real Property Administrator program and has received the RPA designation. Prior to joining Reichel Realty in July of 2003, Mr. Woods was with Colliers International; there he was involved with all aspects of property management, leasing, and construction management. Jim has managed a portfolio of retail, industrial, and medical office buildings throughout Palm Beach, Broward, and Dade counties.

Mr. Woods experience includes management, leasing, and/or sales services to various large institutions including: the FDIC, Bankers Trust, Travelers Insurance, KIMCO Realty, Meritor Savings Bank, and the Meditrust Corporation. Jim has been involved in transactions exceeding $45 million and leasing transactions totaling over 1 million square feet.

Mr. Woods was former Vice Chairman of the City of Margate’s Economic Development Council for 4 years and has held numerous positions on the board of Directors of the Tri-County Chamber of Commerce. Jim also enjoys being a coach for the Challenger Baseball team in Coral Springs.

Mr. Woods resides in Broward County with his daughter, Jessica.

Since 1972, Mr. Simons has been involved in all areas of commercial and residential real estate throughout the United States . He has expertise and assignments in: leasing, sales, site selection, land development, site plan approval and real estate development.

Prior to the joining Strategic Realty Services, LLC, Mr. Simons was the Senior Vice President of Real Estate for Sunbelt Investment Holdings, Inc, a privately owned real estate company of the Mann family from Germany Mr. Simons developed shopping centers in California, Arizona and Texas aggregating 4,000,000 sq ft. and purchased investment office buildings in Connecticut, New Jersey, Georgia and Florida aggregating 2,000,000 sq ft.. Mr. Simons formed a leasing and management company to oversee these holdings which included 37 shopping centers and 4 office buildings.

Mr. Simons has served as a Lending Officer for two New York City banks and continues to arrange financings for projects with collateralized mortgages and more standard bank and insurance company financing instruments.

Mr. Simons earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from St. Lawrence University, a Masters of Corporate Finance from New York University and has been awarded the Certified Shopping Center Management designation from the ICSC.

Mr. Simons is active in his community serving in numerous civic capacities. He resides in Lake Worth , Florida where he is frequently visited by his children and grandchildren
